Tottenham Hotspur have been handed a boost ahead of their Champions League semi-final tie with Ajax.
Spurs are scheduled to play the second leg on Wednesday May 8, which was just two days after a Monday night Premier League clash with Bournemouth.
But the club, along with the Premier League and Sky Sports, have agreed to the fixture to give Spurs more time to prepare from one of their biggest matches in modern history.
A statement on their website read: “Following our progression to the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League and subsequent scheduling of the second leg against Ajax, our away Premier League fixture against AFC Bournemouth will now revert to Saturday 4 May.
“The match will remain live on Sky Sports with kick-off time to be confirmed.

“The fixture had initially been moved to Monday 6 May for live television coverage, but with the caveat that it would be subject to further change in the event of our progress in Europe.
“Please note, our home fixture against West Ham United will remain on Saturday 27 April, kick-off 12.30pm.”
