Reyes’ cousin, Jonathon Reyes, who was sitting on the back seat of the vehicle, also died in the collision.

A third cousin, named as Juan Manuel Calderon, managed to escape the burning vehicle and was rushed to a hospital in Seville.

His 11-year-old son attended his father’s wake in Seville where friends and family paid their respects to the winger.

Reyes Lopez was part of the Leganes side that won a national tournament earlier this season and finished the competition as top scorer.
