Former Arsenal midfielder Edu is in line to become Arsenal̢۪s technical director, according to reports.
The 40-year-old is currently coordinator of the Brazilian FA national teams, with his former side viewing him as the perfect candidate to become their technical director, the Daily Mail claim.
The Gunners are still on the hunt to fill the position after they were snubbed by Monchi last month, who opted to return to Sevilla.
Arsenal are prepared to play the waiting game for Edu, who would not move to the Emirates until after Brazil̢۪s Copa America campaign finishes in the summer, where they are the host nation.
