The Champions League quarter-final first leg will take place on Tuesday, April 9 with kick off at 8pm.
The match will be held at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium – the first Champions League tie to be played there.
The reverse leg will take place on Wednesday, April 17 at the Etihad Stadium with the winner to face Ajax or Juventus in the semi-finals.
City beat Spurs 1-0 at Wembley when they met in the Premier League in October thanks to Riyad Mahrez̢۪s early strike.
