Live on air, Mark told McKenzie how various events in his life have left him feeling like he has nowhere to turn.
McKenzie, who has experienced his own battle with depression, reminded Mark there are always brighter days ahead.
After the show, McKenzie and Mark agreed to go to a game together and continue the conversation.
